About Me
Hi, I’m LizÂ
I’m an experienced coach with over 25 years as an NHS GP, bringing a rare depth of insight into health, well-being, and the very human challenges of professional life. Having trained in executive coaching at Henley Business School, I now work across a broad range of contexts; from senior leaders in major corporate organisations, to fellow Doctors, and those navigating career development and work-life balance.
My medical background gives me a distinctive lens on what it means to function well under pressure, as well as empathy and experience with those facing the challenges that life brings at different ages. I am passionate about helping people who feel stuck reassess their priorities, both personally and professionally, and move forward with clarity and purpose.
Why choose coaching?
Coaching is a partnership that helps you find clarity, set meaningful goals, and move forward with confidence. Unlike mentoring or advice-giving, coaching doesn’t tell you what to do — it draws out your own insight, helping you see possibilities and obstacles more clearly so you can make better decisions. It’s a structured, confidential space to think out loud, challenge assumptions, and be genuinely heard, without judgment or an agenda other than your growth. Whether you’re navigating a career transition, leadership challenge, or simply want to perform and live better, coaching helps you access your own answers — faster, and with more conviction.
